1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using services provided by WTM Studio LLC, doing business as WTM Studio ("Company," "we," "us"), including our website at wtmstudio.agency, custom website and app development, SEO, and AI search optimization, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services

WTM Studio builds custom websites and apps for businesses across the United States. We also provide SEO and AI search optimization. Our services include:

• Custom website design, development, and redesign
• Custom app design and development
• SEO and AI search optimization
• Landing pages, connected forms, and website analytics within the agreed project scope

3. SMS Messaging Terms

If you provide your phone number and consent to receive texts from WTM Studio, we may text you about your inquiry or project, including updates and appointment reminders:

• Consent: Providing a phone number alone does not give consent to receive texts. You choose whether to opt in using the unchecked consent checkbox on our contact form.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies.
• Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details.
• Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. You do not need to opt in to SMS to use our services or make a purchase.

4. Billing and Payments

Website redesigns are one-time projects, typically $6,000 to $30,000, with no required marketing retainer. We agree the scope and quote before the build. App development, SEO, and AI search engagements are quoted separately. Your written project agreement sets the payment schedule, included services, any ongoing services, and cancellation terms. These general website terms do not replace your project agreement.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client of WTM Studio, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business information, project requirements, and content
• Ensure the content and claims you provide for your website or app are truthful and lawful
• Have permission to use the content, images, and other materials you provide
• Not use our services for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes

6. Intellectual Property

You own the custom website or app we build for you, as set out in your project agreement. Client-provided content, including logos, images, and copy, remains the property of the client. Third-party software and assets remain subject to their applicable licenses.

7. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee specific search rankings, AI recommendations, revenue, or customer acquisition numbers. Any project-specific limitations of liability are set out in the written project agreement.

8. Termination

Project cancellation and termination are governed by your written project agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if these terms are violated, if content is illegal, or if payment is not received as agreed.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
